Refund Policy

In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, the customer can bring up a concern or complaint. We will always listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our customer service staff is trained to respond to concerns and can decide an appropriate course of action on the spot.

If the order is cancelled by the customer 2 days before the order date, the customer is entitled to get refund.
